2012 IS A GOOD ROTARY YEAR

It has been a while since Rotary International working hand in hand to eradicate polio from the surface on the earth. it is more than 25 years since it was started in the Philippine and now the world is almost reaching a stage of free polio illness for good. So much efforts has been put in and now we are so happy that one country is included among others as a polio free country. India for the first time has been made into a polio country for the last one year . There were four countries which are still having the polio illnesses ( India , Pakistan, Afghanistan and  Nigeria) . For now we can proudly say that India has been declared free from polio . Congrats to all Rotarian and Rotary International for what have been done to the world.

We are hoping with more efforts by All Rotarian this polio matter will be gone for good. Millions of dollars have been collected , spent and  99 % of the effected area in the whole world have been freed, it is our challenge to put the polio matter at rest
